An active and diverse performer, Joshua has a love for the stage and an ever growing involvement in the performance arts, ranging from cabaret and cirque arts, to theater and, of course, vocal performance and instruction. A lifelong student of the arts, Joshua found his path in music and singing at the age of 12. By the time he was 14, he had picked up piano and guitar, and was working on Rock and R&B. Upon graduating high school, he was involved in three choirs, a Madrigal group, was the lead of a first place winning a'cappella quartet, and was a TA for two directors. Joshua went on to attend Berklee College of Music, where he grew into jazz while expanding on self-accompaniment in Pop, Rock, Reggae and R&B. He has worked in various forms of Folk and "Gypsy" genre's ranging from latin to middle eastern styles, and has been very active in Musical Theater. Recent highlights include the roles of Berger in HAIR, and Roger in RENT. One of the newest members the The Real School, Joshua has felt right at home working with the students and staff, and is looking forward to growing with the team.
Josh wanted his Fun Fact to simply read two words: "Hula" and "Hoops!" In fact, amongst his many other talents Josh is a world-class fire hula hooper!
